Issue:
New posts are not being sent to my X.com social media account upon publishing.
Troubleshooting:
- Verify Admin Menu > Set & Forget > XPoster > X.com connection is connected (if not, then connect)…
- Test Connection using Admin Menu > Set & Forget > XPoster > Test Status Updates > Click Test Updates.
- If X.com connection syndicates a successful test post to X.com then…
- Ensure your new posts contain text in either excerpt, content, or in both. Posts that contain only images and videos without text will not be sent to the text-based X.com platform.
- Verify successful new post syndication by publishing a new post containing text characters along with an assigned featured image.
