Unity, Timeline, Video Player, Frame-Accurate Scrubbing?

Categorized:

When working with Unity > Timeline (& Sequences), is there a way to preview frame-accurate control for Video Players?

Use Case:
Matching animations, VFX, and events to specific frames within a pre-recorded video file with frame-accuracy.

Current Problem:
Scrubbing Unity Timeline does not update frames within a Video Player (even when the Video Player is assigned to a Timeline using a ‘Video Script Playable Track’ (found in the ‘Default Playables‘ package sourced via Package Manager).
